Frequently asked questions
Before you send a request
The short version: send the question first, pay only after acceptance, and expect a clear record of what was confirmed.
How long does a check take?
Most checks are completed within 24 to 48 hours after payment during Japanese business days. If a place is closed or requires multiple contact attempts, I will let you know immediately. These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Japanese business days are weekdays in JST, excluding national holidays. Detailed Research may take longer; I agree the delivery window before payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Apple Pay securely via Stripe. Apple Pay appears when supported by your device, browser, and wallet. Available methods are shown at checkout.
What happens if I submit a request on a weekend or Japanese national holiday?
You can submit requests anytime. If the target place is closed on weekends or holidays, direct verification calls will be conducted on the next business day. Request reviews are normally handled within 24 hours on Japanese business days. Weekend and holiday replies may be possible, but are not guaranteed.
What can you contact?
I can contact many shops, restaurants, temples, workshops, local facilities, and public organizations about ordinary factual questions. I review every request before accepting it.
Can you make reservations for me?
No. I don’t make reservations or buy things for you. I can check how booking works and what is currently available, so you can book it yourself. I do not sell or arrange transport, accommodation, tours, or travel packages.
Can you guarantee the answer?
No. The report reflects information available and confirmed on the stated check date. Policies, stock, opening hours, and staff guidance can change.
What if nobody answers?
For a Quick Check, I make one reasonable retry when practical. If I still cannot confirm the answer, I say so clearly and report what was checked.
When do I pay?
Not when you submit the request. I review it first. If I accept it, I send the agreed scope, price, and a secure payment link. Work starts after payment.
What requests are not accepted?
I do not provide legal, medical, financial, or immigration advice; handle emergencies; make reservations or purchases on your behalf; impersonate people; investigate private individuals; make deceptive calls; collect debts; or handle passwords and sensitive payment details.
Is my information private?
I ask only for information needed to evaluate and complete the request. Please do not send passport numbers, card details, account passwords, or unrelated personal information.
