Information collected
The request form collects your name, email, country, the place or organization involved, your questions, timing, and any context you choose to provide. The website accepts text requests only. File uploads and attachment downloads are disabled.
Why it is used
You may optionally select how you found the service. This is stored with your request history to understand referral sources, is not sent to Google Analytics, and is deleted with your request content under the retention schedule below. Leaving it blank does not affect your request.
The information is used to review the request, communicate with you, conduct accepted research, deliver the report, maintain service records, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Do not send sensitive information
Do not submit card details, passwords, passport numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or unrelated personal information. If an inquiry would require identity verification or sensitive credentials, it will not be accepted.
Service providers
Production operation uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, D1 for request data, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, Resend for transactional email, Google Gmail for correspondence, and Stripe for payment. Google Analytics 4 is used only when a visitor allows optional analytics.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google Analytics 4 receives information about public pages and selected interactions, approximate location, browser or device details, and consent state. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments; request receipts and administrative pages are not measured. Advertising signals and automatic form-interaction measurement are disabled. Names, email addresses, questions, attachments, and form-field contents are not included in analytics events. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your choice. Choosing “Decline” stops further analytics collection and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already received by Google.
Retention and deletion
Rejected, unpaid, or canceled request content is removed within 30 days after the request reaches a terminal state. Completed report content and attachments are removed or redacted within 90 days after delivery, unless a dispute or legal duty requires a longer period. Minimal payment and transaction records are retained for 7 years for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Deletions are checked weekly. You may request earlier access, correction, or deletion where the law permits.
Security
Administrative access is restricted, form input is validated on the server, and secrets are kept out of client-side code. The server rejects file submissions and does not serve attachments. No online system can promise absolute security.
