1. The service
Japan Local Check provides information research and communication support. The service may review Japanese-language sources, contact a business or organization, and report the information received in English.
2. Review before acceptance
Submitting a request does not create a paid engagement. Each request is reviewed for scope, safety, practicality, and timing. A request is accepted only after the scope and price are confirmed.
3. No guaranteed outcome
Information is reported as of the stated check date. Businesses and organizations may change policies, availability, prices, opening times, or staff guidance. Japan Local Check does not guarantee that a place, item, booking, or visit will be available.
4. Service boundaries
The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or immigration advice; handle emergencies; make reservations or purchases on a user’s behalf; investigate private individuals; impersonate users; make deceptive statements; negotiate disputes; collect debts; or handle passwords and sensitive payment credentials.
Japan Local Check does not sell or arrange transport, accommodation, tours, or travel packages.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate context, avoid unnecessary personal information, and use the report lawfully. Do not submit confidential account credentials, card numbers, passport numbers, or information you are not authorized to share.
6. Payment and cancellation
The agreed price is shown before payment. Work starts after payment. Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund Policy and in the scope confirmation sent before payment.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for later changes made by third parties or for decisions made without considering the report’s stated limits and check date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated before public launch and later when the service changes. The version shown when a paid request is accepted will apply to that request.
